Non-exclusive license for public and professional use
1. Parties

2. Purpose of the Agreement
The Author grants the Buyer a non-exclusive license to use the Work for public, professional, and commercial purposes, under the terms set out below.
3. Scope of the License
3.1 Permitted Uses
The Buyer is authorized to use the Work for:
- personal display and private use;
- public and professional uses, including but not limited to:
- press, media, blogs, social networks, websites;
- institutional communication and public information;
- commercial or marketing communication;
- printed or digital materials;
- projection, presentation, and non-exclusive exhibition;
- creation of derivative works or adaptations, provided that the Author’s moral rights are respected.
3.2 Prohibited Uses
The following are not permitted:
- use of the Work in a misleading, defamatory, or degrading manner;
- resale or redistribution of the original file in its raw form;
- sublicensing the Work in whole or in part (except as part of a final produced project);
- any use not expressly authorized in this license.
3.3 Territory
The license is valid worldwide.
3.4 Duration
The license is granted for an unlimited duration.
4. Non-Exclusivity
The Author retains the right to:
- exploit the Work independently,
- grant additional licenses to third parties,
- sell or distribute the Work through other channels.
5. Attribution
No attribution is required.
If the Buyer chooses to provide one, the recommended credit is:

6. Moral Rights
The Author’s moral rights remain fully applicable and unaffected by this license.
The Buyer agrees not to infringe upon:
- the right of attribution (right to be recognized as the Author),
- the right to integrity (protection against distortion or harmful modification).
7. Delivery of the File
The Author provides the Buyer with a high-resolution file of the Work.
8. Compensation
The license is granted in exchange for the payment processed through EXP0.
This payment constitutes a non-exclusive transfer of usage rights, not a transfer of ownership.
9. NFT Status
Any NFT associated with the Work acts solely as:
- a certificate of authenticity,
- proof of provenance and ownership of the support.
The NFT does not grant any additional usage rights beyond those explicitly defined in this license.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by French law, without prejudice to public policy rules applicable in the Author’s or Buyer’s country of residence.
